Boyfriends company booked this place for him to stay for work for the night. He says there were fleas, bugs, and the place smelled of dust. We have pets at home, imagine him coming home from work and not knowing any better and plopping into bed. That would cost me my mattress, plenty of clothes, and probably a visit to the vet for my pets. Not happy. He told me he's probably burning his work clothes after this. They said they would "have maintenance look in to it". I would stay far away from this place.
Stayed here for work while I was in the area. Wouldn't have been my choice to stay, but unfortunately my company picked it. This place is extremely out dated, and pretty much disgusting. The carpets are pretty old and will make you wish you brought your slippers. Random exposed wires in more than just the room I'm in. The knob on my a/c was busted .... but don't think about opening a window.. because there's none. Just a sliding glass door to a shared balcony. The showers will make you want to go out and buy cleaning products.. nice tvs though.. for if you still want to stay..
Sheets were stained and had pieces of dead bugs on them. Ceiling had severe water damage and mold. Shower had non slip mat that was turned black probably from mold as well. Room stunk, curtains were dusty and looked like they haven’t been washed since they were installed. Brother in laws room had two used bars of soap and dirty towels. Our cousins room had rotten food in The fridge from previous occupant. Just all around disgusting and should be ashamed of them selves for charging people 100$ for a room that they can’t even clean nor change sheets. For that kind of money we could have stayed down the road at the Holliday Inn express and had a wonderful experience, too bad it was sold out. Now we know why this sorry place had plenty of open rooms
Room smelled like body odor/feet. There was a used coffee packet still in the dirty coffee maker. The mini fridge sounded like it was going to explode. The heater smelled like it was burning. Shower curtain was moldy. And there was a silver fish problem. Basically the room was gross. Most mornings the staff didn't bother putting out the breakfast. Not even coffee. I tried a waffle and it was gross, almost acidic.
Wonderful place to stay. Still being renovated but they focused on the rooms and guest areas first. Brand new mattresses, crisp linen, fluffy white towels, the hotel hallways need new rugs but the whole place was clean, bright and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast has fresh made waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, sausage, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and milk. We will definitely be back!
