I was treated like the scum of the earth just doing a deposit. They need new, kind hearted tellers here.
They are great in here. Warm and welcoming and help you with anything you need. A staff member sat down at a table with me and helped me roll my large bag of change in rolls out of the kindness of her heart.
Everyone always pleasant and helpful with any and all my questions and banking needs for myself and my father over the years! Love this place! Highly recommend
This location has very poor service. Their mortgage department has set up fraudulent account changing 1 letter in my last name but using all of my other personal information. When I received a monthly statement it showed i had a negative balance. I noticed my last name was misspelled and that through a red flag. When I went into the location the lady was very kind she refunded my charge for not having funds in the account and then kindly closed and apologized for the fraudulent account being set up. Today my husband who is on my my mortgage went in for our taxes to be faxed ( this is the exact same thing we've done for the last five years) the man refused to help him. He had to come and get my ID and drive all the way back (1 hr round trip) to find out that all he needed was his ID.
Way too many fees! I felt like a number not a person there.I don't recommend.
